Production on these tracks was intermittent. It began in 2015, and then was set aside in lieu of work on VV-VA. Production was reignited in 2020, but stalled by the financial crash and then entirely halted after the Beirut explosion, when working on music became impossible. The second hard coronavirus lockdown offered the time and headspace to finally record the missing parts. - Jawad Nawfal
